The Detroit Artists Market is pleased to announce the appointment of the new Director, Matt Fry
We are pleased to announce Matt Fry as the new Director of the Detroit Artists Market (DAM). Fry brings to the DAM 14 years of art museum experience, including brand strategy, strategic planning, exhibition marketing, community outreach and fundraising, both at the Detroit Institute of Arts (DIA) and the Walters Art Museum in Baltimore, MD.
"Matt’s timing is perfect. With his strong marketing background, he has the ability to help refresh our image and expand our audience as we look to define the next dynamic chapter of DAM. This winning combination of his authentic personality and his passion for the Detroit art community makes him the ideal choice. We are thrilled that he has accepted the director position and we are very much looking forward to seeing how his experience and talent will positively impact the future growth of the DAM."
