Our open, flexible 2,500-square-foot gallery offers room to shape your event in a way that feels natural. Whether you’re planning a dinner, a reception, fundraiser, or something more, each exhibition brings a different layout and atmosphere, giving the space a distinct feel every time.
ABOUT THE SPACE
DAM can accommodate up to 60 guests for a seated dinner or 100 for a standing reception, depending on the setup. Rentals include a set event window with time for setup and breakdown, along with on-site staff support to help things run smoothly.
Clients are welcome to bring in their own vendors, including catering and rentals, and we’re happy to coordinate details in advance.
And the best part? Parking is available onsite!

CORPORATE & PRIVATE EVENTS
Ideal for corporate gatherings, receptions, fundraisers, private celebrations, or personal milestone events. This rate provides full access to the gallery for your event, with on-site staff support and flexibility to customize your layout and vendor setup.
NONPROFIT
Registered 501(c) organizations hosting centered events such as fundraisers, educational programs, and community meetings receive a special rental rate. Proof of nonprofit status is required at booking.
COMMUNITY
Available to select organizations and community groups, this rate supports ongoing collaboration and shared community goals for small sized organizations and collectives. Eligibility is by invitation only.
YOUR RENTAL SUPPORTS LOCAL ARTISTS
DAM reinvests 100% of rental income directly into exhibitions, artist opportunities, and community programs. When you host your event here, you’re not only reserving a unique space - you’re helping sustain one of the city’s oldest nonprofit galleries.
